Your Owl Centre Email account

We hope, in time, to be able to move away from email entirely, but, for now, we will create an Owl Centre email account for you when you join.

To access this account, visit:

mail.google.com

And then enter your email address and the password you'll have been given. You'll be asked to change the temporary password.

Next, go to your Profile Settings in the Nest, and, under the 'General' tab, you'll see a personalised email signature. Copy this (if you're using Safari, the 'copy email signature' button might not work, so, instead, just highlight the entire signature and copy it by right-clicking on your mouse).

Then, in your mail.google.com account, click on the cog icon (top right) and then choose 'Settings'. Scroll down to 'Signature', click on 'Create new', give your signature a name (e.g. Owl signature), and then paste the signature you've copied. If you wish to change any details, you can.

Then, at the bottom of the screen, click on 'Save changes'.

Note that signatures do not sync across devices, and so, if you add your Owl email account to your mobile device, or if you access it via a Mail application on your PC (e.g. the native Mail app on a Mac), you'll have to add the signature to your mobile or to that application, respectively.

Finally, if you forget your password, there isn't currently a password recovery option that you can access. As such, please contact office@owltherapycentre.co.uk for a reset.
