Meetings app (Teleconferencing)

For online therapy sessions, use the 'Meetings' app in the Nest's sidebar menu.

In order to schedule appointments and to find instructions on how to do things, click on this button at the top of the screen:

You'll then be taken to another screen, which will include this section:

As the note at the bottom says, clicking any of the blue 'i' buttons to the right of each platform will provide instructions on how to set up appointments using that particular platform.

Note that, at present, scheduling an appointment on the Meetings app will not (unlike when you schedule an appointment via the Enquiries module) add that session to your timesheet. This will have to be done separately.
