Timesheet submission

Full instructions for how to use our timesheet system can be found in this .

Note that your timesheet for a particular month should be signed off by no later than 6pm on the last day of that month (even if you have no sessions to submit for that month).

If the last day of the month falls on a weekend, the deadline becomes 6pm on the previous Friday, but include all of that month’s sessions (i.e. any that might occur on the following Saturday or Sunday).

Clients’ payments

Clients are sent information about payment terms, but if you are asked for this information, invoices are emailed to them at the end of each month, providing them with 15 days (families) or 30 days (schools, organisations, etc.) to make an internet bank transfer or send a cheque by post.

Some clients might wish to pay you directly in cash. If they do, you will need to know the travel charge (if applicable) that they will incur (usually, charged at 40p / mile for a round trip). Our timesheet system on the Nest enables you to report any direct payments received.

Also, your Price list can be found via one of the menu options on the Nest so that you know what clients are charged.

Note that, for most disciplines, assessments incur a fixed fee (regardless of time) whilst therapy is charged per hour.

Late Cancellation / DNA Policy

If a client does not turn up to an appointment or cancels at short notice (and it was possible for them to give longer notice – i.e. try to be reasonable), our terms and conditions state that they are billed 50% of the appointment fee plus any venue hire costs.
