Setting your (un)availability
Setting your (un)availability
By default, the Nest will assume that you are available to take on clients, and you will be listed as a potential therapist to take on an enquiry. However, if there are times that you are not available, you can inform the system. Please do this so that we don't assign enquiries to you, leading to further delays for (often anxious) enquirers.
Go to 'Workload' on the Nest sidebar. You'll be able to add as many entries for (un)availablity as you wish. If you enter '0', this means that you aren't available to take on any more referrals. You can either select a pre-fixed timeframe for this period or you can customise your own timeframe (if, for example, you go on holiday, maternity leave or sickness).
