Sending invoice to more than 1 person
To send an invoice to multiple recipients, navigate to the Edit client screen of the main client, and then click on the Add Contact button in the Contacts box on the right hand side. Enter the second recipient’s name and email address (both asterisked), and then select ‘Yes’ to Receive invoices. Save this by clicking the blue Add client button. Repeat this process if the invoice needs to be sent to more people.
Splitting invoice fees?
If the invoice total is to be divided, equally, between two or more clients in separate invoices emailed to each client, simply create those clients, link them all to the same patient, and check the Pay invoice for client box in the Patients section on the Edit client screen.
After Invoicing: Fees
After Admin has generated and sent out invoices to clients, you can see what fees you are owed for that month by clicking on Accounting in the menu options.
The Owl Centre usually pays fees within a day or two (weekends notwithstanding) of issuing invoices, in order to give clients some time to make any invoice queries.
You can also click on Clients invoices in the menu options to see details about the invoices sent to your clients.
