Adding your email account to your mobile device

Android Users

Below are the settings that you should use when adding your Owl Centre email account to an Android device:

Secure SSL/TLS Settings (Recommended)

Username:	[e-mail]
Password:	Use the email account's password.
Incoming Server:	mail.theowltherapycentre.co.uk · IMAP Port: 993 · POP3 Port: 995
Outgoing Server:	mail.theowltherapycentre.co.uk · SMTP Port: 465
IMAP, POP3, and SMTP require authentication.

Make sure that:

• The username is your Owl Centre email account

• For the authentication, try SSL accept all the certificates (or something very similar). If that doesn't work, try the alternative options and check that the port is the correct one for it.

• The Incoming and Outgoing Servers are not imap.theowlthera.... or pop3.theowlthera... but, rather, are always mail.theowltherapycentre.co.uk

iOS Users

• On your iOS device, click on Settings > Passwords & Accounts > Add Account > and then set up your Owl Centre email address as a GOOGLE account.
