## **Welcome to The Owl Centre**. <a href="#welcome-to-the-owl-centre" id="welcome-to-the-owl-centre"></a>

&#x20;It is our pleasure to have you as part of the team.‌

This document sets out some useful and important information for therapists to effectively undertake their roles.‌ When you need to return to The Nest, click on the link at the top of this document.

Some preliminary information:

1. You will be sent Microsoft Teams log-in information. This will not work unless or until your Teams account has a license. The Owl Centre will purchase a license for you if you will be doing online sessions. If / when you know that you will be doing online sessions, please email <office@owltherapycentre.co.uk> to request a license.
2. You will be issued with an Owl Centre email account when your Nest profile goes live. Until that point, you won't have an Owl email account. Also, note that your email account and your Teams user email are likely to be identical but they are quite different (Owl email is powered by Google; Teams accounts are powered by Microsoft).
3. If you need instructions on how to access Slack, go to 'Slack' on the Nest sidebar. You'll see numbers 1 - 6, where clicking on each one will provide you with a different instruction.
