Signing off your Timesheet

Clicking the button above will take you to the Sessions list screen where you sign off your timesheet‌

Either click on the Timesheet sign off button in the green box at the top of the screen, or choose ‘Sessions list’ on the menu options. Then…

Your list of sessions will appear (if you haven’t had any sessions, you will see the option to sign off a timesheet with no sessions. Please do this so that Admin knows when all timesheets have been submitted, and so knows when to generate invoices for clients).

  • If correct, press the Sign off sessions button on the top right of the screen.

  • If not correct, you can edit each session by clicking on the Edit button to its right.

Note that if, for some reason, you also added sessions which appear in a different billing cycle, you'll have to also Sign off for that other billing cycle(s).

When you sign off a timesheet, you can either (a) sign off for all the sessions that month or (b) select individual sessions to sign off on those alone. Here is a short video demonstration to explain the difference:

Make sure that you've included all sessions for that month
