Grievances

Clients’ grievances

If a client has an issue or makes a complaint, The Owl Centre will deal with this on behalf of the therapist. We will seek your version of events in order to do so.

Therapists’ grievances

Please be proactive in contacting us if you have any issues with clients or with The Owl Centre. We are here to help and support in any way we can as we are aware that our therapists are the most valuable part of our organisation.
