Carrying out the steps above means that you are now live on the new website and enquiries and bookings system. On the new website, there is a Therapists screen. Nicola’s profile will appear thus:

If a client then clicks on her profile, he will see this (and the CV and Fun fact bullet points):

You will notice a ‘Contact therapist’ button on Nicola’s profile screen above. Clients will be able to contact you directly. You will receive an email notification if they do. From within the email, you can click on a button which will take you directly to the message. However, you can also access any such messages via a new menu option called ‘Contact forms’:

Note that, at present, you can’t reply to the client from within that Contact forms screen. However, the client’s contact details will be included with his message so that you can email or ‘phone him if necessary.
