Therapists' Payments and Supervision

Therapists’ payments

After invoices have been sent to clients, we usually allow 2 – 3 days for invoice enquiries. After this, payments to therapists are made for the previous month’s sessions, and a payslip is emailed to them.

Clinical Supervision

All therapists should be accessing clinical supervision every 4 – 6 weeks. The Owl Centre cannot pay for therapists to receive supervision (except in exceptional circumstances) but it can aim to pair therapists. Speak to your team leader to arrange this if required.
