# Inventory (physical resources)

If you require physical resources to carry out an assessment or therapy, you can search for, and request, items via the Inventory on the Nest's sidebar.

The arrow to the right of 'Inventory' means that there is a sub-menu which you can access by clicking on the 'Inventory' bar.

Click on 'Full Owl inventory' to see a list of (and search for) the current items. If you find what you need, hover on it, and then click on 'Details' that appears on the right hand side. This will take you to a screen which sets out details as well as a button to request that that item is couriered to you.

Click on 'Pending / Previous requests' to see a history of requests and shipments to you, as well as any items that you've recently requested and which haven't yet been received by you.

Click on 'Shipments' to see the same history / current items as in 'Pending / Previous requests', but it is via this screen that you will update the system whenever you have 'Shipped' an item (if it was in your possession but another therapist requested it) or 'Received' an item (if you were the recipient).

Email notifications are sent out to let you know if another therapist requires an item that you currently have, or to let you know that your request for an item has been approved or rejected. These notifications should be clear and will let you know what you need to do. However, if you have any queries, contact your team leader.
